Vendor Terms and Conditions

Psalms Dance and Creative Arts Network (PDCAN)

These Vendor Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all businesses and individuals ("Vendor," "You," or "Your") participating as vendors at events hosted by Psalms Dance and Creative Arts Network ("PDCAN," "We," "Us," or "Our"). By registering as a vendor and/or purchasing a vendor table, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Vendor Registration and Payment

  • All vendors must complete the official registration process and pay all applicable fees by the specified deadline.

  • Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless an event is canceled by PDCAN.

  • PDCAN reserves the right to accept or decline any vendor application at its discretion.

2. Permitted Products and Services

  • Vendors may display and sell products or services that align with the creative, artistic, and faith-based mission of PDCAN.

  • Items that are unlawful, offensive, or inconsistent with our values may not be sold or displayed. This includes but is not limited to weapons, drug paraphernalia, or materials containing obscene or discriminatory content.

  • PDCAN reserves the right to require the removal of any item or signage deemed inappropriate.

3. Vendor Setup and Operation

  • Setup and breakdown times will be communicated in advance. Vendors must adhere to these times and be fully operational at the start of the event.

  • Vendors are responsible for providing their own display materials, table coverings, signage, extension cords, and any other necessary equipment.

  • Early departure or breakdown is not permitted without prior approval.

4. Space Allocation

  • Vendor spaces will be assigned by PDCAN and may be adjusted as necessary.

  • Vendors may not share, transfer, or sublet their assigned space without prior written consent from PDCAN.

5. Vendor Conduct and Responsibilities

  • Vendors must maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times.

  • Vendors are responsible for the cleanliness and safety of their assigned space throughout the event.

  • Vendors agree to comply with all venue rules and guidelines, including fire safety and accessibility standards.

6. Liability and Indemnity

  • PDCAN, its officers, staff, volunteers, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, theft, or damage to Vendor property or persons.

  • Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless PDCAN from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from Vendor activities or participation.

7. Licensing and Insurance

  • Vendors are responsible for securing any required permits, licenses, or insurance coverage necessary to operate legally and safely.

  • Proof of insurance may be requested prior to the event date.

8. Event Cancellation or Change

  • PDCAN reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or alter event details, including vendor placements, due to weather, venue issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • In the event of cancellation by PDCAN, vendors may receive a refund or credit toward a future event.

9. Photography and Media Use

  • By participating, Vendors grant PDCAN the right to use photographs, videos, or other media captured during the event for promotional or marketing purposes without compensation.

10. Acceptance of Terms

  • By registering and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by these Vendor Terms and Conditions.
